Rulings and fees
Rulings on building permits and notifications of construction are normally made by public officials authorised for this purpose by the Planning and Building Committee. The processing period for building permits is normally 2-5 weeks. Fees for permits, notification of construction and other permits are debited in accordance with a special tariff.

Rapid processing calls for:

  • Submission of clear and complete documentation and plans (no drawings on squared paper),
  • Compliance of the project with detailed planning and other relevant regulations and guidelines,
  • Compliance with possible historic and cultural values, the urban townscape and the interests of neighbours.
