Discover the three faculties at Umeå Arts Campus, one of Umeå´s most international and creative places.

Umeå Arts Campus gathers all of Umeå University´s art educations. It is now one of the most creative environments in Umeå and is situated at an old industrial site close to the city center. Umeå Arts Campus are also hosting Bildmuseet, the experimental workshop HUMlab-X and eXpression Umeå, a business incubator targeting innovations and businesses in the artistic, cultural and creative industries.

Was founded 2009 as the fourth architect educational institution in Sweden, with the right to issue a degree in architecture, with the orientation towards sustainability and integrated design.

Umeå Institute of Design focuses on industrial design and has a high international reputation. It is frequently ranked as one of the worlds best design educations by Business Week, iF and Red dot. At Umeå Institute of Design you will find inspiring and creative environments, with teachers and students from all over the world. The students can often be found as prize winners in international design competitions.

Umeå Academy of Fine Arts are prepping their students for a job as a professional artist. The school has a active international exchange, and about 70 students studying for a bachelor or a master degree. The school offer their students national and international teachers, high quality exhibitions within proximity, and the possibilities to develop their artistic expression in a calm and focused environment.
